Request a free quoteIn a house or duplex, the cleaning workload extends beyond the floor area. For a move-out clean in Zumikon, we ask about storeys, stairs, bathrooms and additional rooms. Mention spaces that have seen little use too: an attic or storage room can easily be overlooked while the move is under way.
Group the requested work by floor. Shared stairwells are included only where you are authorised to commission the work and it has been agreed. We clarify keys, alarm access and when the rooms will last be used before the appointment.
We coordinate moving out, key access and the property handover with you. Your quote records the services and fixed price. For an agreed clean with a 100% handover guarantee, this includes attendance at the inspection, travel and necessary re-cleaning for cleaning defects within the commissioned scope. Damage and other property-manager claims are outside this cleaning guarantee.
The guarantee covers cleaning defects within the agreed scope; damage and other claims are excluded.
The agreed fixed price includes the commissioned cleaning, attendance at the handover, travel and necessary re-cleaning for cleaning defects within the agreed scope.
These services are charged separately unless explicitly included.
For windows on several floors, we discuss opening sections and safe access to exterior panes. Roof windows and blinds are listed individually. We do not replace proper access with improvised arrangements.
Enquire about windows and blinds →After remodelling, tell us when dusty work finishes and which surfaces are new. Post-construction cleaning can cover selected floors; the quote distinguishes this work from the final move-out clean.
