Request a free quoteAs moving day approaches, it helps to know exactly which rooms must be ready for inspection. For your property in Zollikon, we discuss the kitchen, bathrooms, living spaces and additional areas individually. Built-in cupboards, a separate cellar or a balcony can then be included in the quote before cleaning day.
Parquet, natural stone and coated kitchen fronts need appropriate care. Send any maintenance instructions and photographs of areas that need attention. We distinguish removable dirt from existing damage and record the work agreed for your end-of-tenancy clean.
We coordinate moving out, key access and the property handover with you. Your quote records the services and fixed price. For an agreed clean with a 100% handover guarantee, this includes attendance at the inspection, travel and necessary re-cleaning for cleaning defects within the commissioned scope. Damage and other property-manager claims are outside this cleaning guarantee.
The guarantee covers cleaning defects within the agreed scope; damage and other claims are excluded.
The agreed fixed price includes the commissioned cleaning, attendance at the handover, travel and necessary re-cleaning for cleaning defects within the agreed scope.
These services are charged separately unless explicitly included.
For large glazed areas, the window count is only a starting point. Fixed panes, frames and safe access also affect the work. List external blinds or shutters separately so the quote can cover both window and blind cleaning.
Enquire about windows and blinds →If renovation has taken place before the handover, tell us which rooms and materials are involved. Construction dust inside cupboards and residue on glass require a separate assessment. New coatings must be ready for cleaning under the manufacturer’s instructions.
Discuss post-construction cleaning →Our photos show work on glazing, balcony doors and roof windows, as well as blind details. Open a photo to see it in full size.
