Request a free quoteWhether you are leaving an apartment or a house, some areas need more than an ordinary doorway for access. For your Stäfa end-of-tenancy clean, we explicitly discuss attic rooms, stairs and extra storage areas. Tell us about unusual access and your handover date so cleaning and agreed inspection attendance fit together.
Low cupboards and little-used recesses can be hidden beneath sloping ceilings. Show these areas in photographs and describe their condition. We define the work for attics, exposed beams and additional rooms separately from the main living areas.
We coordinate moving out, key access and the property handover with you. Your quote records the services and fixed price. For an agreed clean with a 100% handover guarantee, this includes attendance at the inspection, travel and necessary re-cleaning for cleaning defects within the commissioned scope. Damage and other property-manager claims are outside this cleaning guarantee.
