Request a free quoteAn apartment handover and first occupation after building works need different preparation. For your Altendorf property, we first clarify the occasion: are you leaving an occupied home or preparing renovated rooms? Your quote describes suitable services rather than combining everything under one general label.
For end-of-tenancy work, we assess kitchens, bathrooms, cupboards and agreed additional rooms. For construction residue, describe materials, the works and current condition. Where both apply, we record the tasks separately.
We coordinate moving out, key access and the property handover with you. Your quote records the services and fixed price. For an agreed clean with a 100% handover guarantee, this includes attendance at the inspection, travel and necessary re-cleaning for cleaning defects within the commissioned scope. Damage and other property-manager claims are outside this cleaning guarantee.
The guarantee covers cleaning defects within the agreed scope; damage and other claims are excluded.
The agreed fixed price includes the commissioned cleaning, attendance at the handover, travel and necessary re-cleaning for cleaning defects within the agreed scope.
These services are charged separately unless explicitly included.
Window and blind cleaning can be useful for either occasion. Show glass, frames and slats in photographs. With new windows, we need details of protective films and fresh seals before agreeing the work.
Enquire about windows and blinds →Post-construction cleaning requires the rooms to be released by the tradespeople and the property to be accessible and usable. Give outstanding works and the occupation date. Cleaning does not repair building damage or defects.
Discuss post-construction cleaning →Our photos show work on glazing, balcony doors and roof windows, as well as blind details. Open a photo to see it in full size.
