Request a free quoteA quote request does not need a perfect description, but the essential details should be accurate. In Adliswil, we start with room count, floor area, kitchen and bathrooms. Add condition, windows and extra rooms. This creates a job you can understand before the cleaning appointment.
One overview of each room and details of areas needing attention are more useful than many similar pictures. Show kitchens, sanitary areas, windows and blinds. Mention heavy deposits and places not visible in the photographs.

For an agreed clean with a 100% handover guarantee, this includes attendance at the inspection, travel and necessary re-cleaning for cleaning defects within the commissioned scope. Damage and other property-manager claims are outside this cleaning guarantee.

The agreed fixed price includes the commissioned cleaning, attendance at the handover, travel and necessary re-cleaning for cleaning defects within the agreed scope.

For apartment window cleaning, we need the floor and opening mechanisms. Describe the type and condition of blinds too. Both services can be commissioned independently of a full move-out where access has been agreed.
Enquire about windows and blinds →If selected rooms have been renovated, identify them explicitly. We discuss whether normal end-of-tenancy cleaning is sufficient or construction dust and residue require post-construction cleaning. Materials and safe access determine the work.
Discuss post-construction cleaning →Our photos show work on glazing, balcony doors and roof windows, as well as blind details. Open a photo to see it in full size.
