Move-out cleaning prices: what does an end-of-tenancy clean cost?
Compare UNA’s starting prices for move-out cleaning, understand what affects the cost and find out which details help you obtain a clear quote.
When moving out, cleaning, removal work and the property handover all need to fit together. The lowest advertised price is only part of the comparison. What matters is which tasks are included and how the inspection will be coordinated.
UNA Reinigungen starting prices
The starting prices shown on our website are:
1–1.5 rooms: from CHF 480 2–2.5 rooms: from CHF 600 3–3.5 rooms: from CHF 780 4–4.5 rooms: from CHF 850 5–5.5 rooms: from CHF 980
These guide prices include VAT and a handover guarantee. They are not a binding price for every property. Your individual quote confirms the final price and agreed scope.
Why similar-sized flats can cost different amounts
Room count only partly reflects the work involved. Extensive glazing, several bathrooms or blinds that take longer to clean may increase the workload. Floor area, access and the condition of the property also matter.
Mention special requirements when requesting your quote, such as a conservatory, heavy limescale or additional rooms. This helps us assess the job more accurately.

Check whether the written scope includes the kitchen, sanitary areas, windows and blinds. Clarify the work agreed for the balcony and cellar. Sweeping an area is different from intensive pressure washing. Any additional work should be listed clearly in the quote.
Ask how the handover guarantee works. For the agreed UNA move-out clean, it includes attendance at the inspection, travel and necessary re-cleaning for cleaning defects within the commissioned scope. Damage and other claims are outside this cleaning guarantee.
Prepare the details for your quote
Have the room count, floor area, number of bathrooms, windows and blinds ready, together with your preferred cleaning and handover dates. Clear photographs help identify special requirements before the work is planned.
Ask UNA Reinigungen for a free, non-binding quote. An agreed scope and confirmed price make it easier to plan your move.
